Price I'm probably cheaper than other website developers - why? Because I have my office at home saving on overheads and I communicate with you via post, fax and e-mail rather than arrange meetings. By using your existing promotional material and any extra information you supply, I can work faster and keep prices low.
I realise that as a small business you can't afford the inflated fees charged by the big design companies who like to build sites with 'fancy' features you don't need and charge hundreds of pounds per day for unnecessary consultancy meetings - you probably have all the information I need in your existing promotional material or can e-mail me the necessary information, and with my fixed price site options you know in advance exactly how much your site is going to cost.
Quality All website options include custom designed graphics where I think they are appropriate. I won't use 'corny' free ones downloaded from the Web, or the ones that come with an amateur design package. I design each site individually, taking into account what would be appropriate for your site.
- I won't try to sell you (or insist you buy!) hosting services you can find for free elsewhere although I can arrange commercial web space for you and tranfer your website to it if required. Beware of other website designers who offer a cheap design service but then force you to use their own overpriced hosting: all my fees are one-off with no hidden extras.
Note that at the present time I don't offer complex credit card ordering sites or online database solutions - I do give you a straightforward but attractive site for a straightforward price.
- If you don't like the site I have created for you, I will change it until you are completely satisfied. In the unlikely event that any issues cannot be resolved, I will simply delete your site from my test area and give you a full refund - you can't say fairer than that!
- I enjoy building websites and take a pride in my work: I program each page by hand rather than use a "web page by numbers" software package. This means your site will be quick to download and original. I will also give you friendly and helpful advice with all aspects of your website. I will take a keen interest in your site and e-mail you from time to time to make sure you are happy with it.
